Leading real estate marketing platform in Saudi Arabia that provides innovative technology and marketing solutions to facilitate the search of homes in line with the changes happening in the real estate market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the development it is witnessing in recent times to facilitate the process of searching for real estate properties and developing and enhancing the real estate market in a positive way.

Challenges:

  • Although majority of the traffic was coming to the site on mobile devices, mobile conversion rates were significantly lower compared to desktop.
  • A busy development team consumed by internal projects and did not have time to work on improving the site.
  • The marketing & development teams did not have background in running experiments.

Segmented analysis on website traffic through GA. Provided via a an analysis report. AB tests conducted regularly on multiple pages across the user journey. Usually starts with a proposed hypothesis (extracted from data analysis) and ends with a report on whether the test was successfully in increasing conversions or not.

How many resources from the vendor’s team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had a direct team of 5. We had an account manager who drove the project. The team also had a project manager, a senior CRO (absolutely amazing!), and a UX designer. They also helped us implement the AB tests, so I am sure they had a developer working on the project, but we did not meet him. Our technical architecture was a bit complex. We had their software architect advise our team on few items.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We worked with a couple of CRO firms in the past. The Invesp team told us they conduct high-velocity testing, but I did not expect their speed. We were running 4-8 experiments per month. We are a company that lives by the numbers. Our data team tracks every little detail. We saw a 37% lift in conversions since the start of the engagement.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They are a high-touch company. We had bi-weekly calls. They are also available on slack. I have been very impressed by how fast they move. I use them as an example for the other agencies we work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very detailed research. They started by hitting the low-hanging fruit on the site. They launched the first experiment within 2 weeks. By the second month, they were running more and more experiments. But what I love most is their focus on branding and messaging. The customer interviews they conducted are incredible.
