The strategic discovery is a 2-month engagement of intense research, user testing, qualitative and quantitative assessment of your platform. The engagement will require some collaboration between the Invesp and your team. At the end of the project, you will receive a conversion roadmap report and prioritization document which will include:- Areas to be fixed immediately on your platform.
- A 6 – 12 months roadmap of testing areas and research opportunities which your team can use for optimization.
